It’s Thanksgiving. Poppa Squirrel asks his two children to show how thankful they are for each other. But Buddy isn’t thankful for Brenda. And Brenda isn’t thankful for Buddy, either. Buddy tries. On Thanksgiving morning, he lets Brenda use the bathroom first. Brenda tries. She pours Buddy a bowl of cereal. Then the squirrels’ mean cousins arrive for Thanksgiving dinner, and Buddy and Brenda discover what it really means to be thankful. A piano score and amusing sound effects accompany the narration.
