Join Otis the cat on his annual birthday romp through New York City. Each year his mother has a picnic for Otis in Central Park. It’s a very musical picnic, because Otis prepares a special sauce that makes everyone in the city dance to Salsa music. Each of the friends that arrive at the picnic brings an instrument. When all the guests arrive, Otis brings out his piano and they all play the Salsa. Assisting the narrator is a little girl who happily injects some Spanish words as the story is being told.
